Yogig Founders Club · your AI booking agent
Get venues to reply and gigs in your calendar, without the booking admin.
Every month Yogig finds 25 venues and festivals that already book artists like you, writes your pitches, sends the follow-ups at the right time and reads the replies. You review, press send, and get back to your music.
First month $7, then $29 a month. Founding price for the first 100 members. Cancel in two clicks.
Sound familiar?
Booking turned into a second job you never applied for.
Venues don't replyYou send a careful email and hear nothing. Busy venues get dozens of booking emails a week, and most of them sound the same.
You don't know who to emailThe info@ inbox nobody reads, a booker who left last year, an address that bounces.
Hours of researchGoogling venues, checking who they book, copying contacts into a spreadsheet. Every month, from zero.
Follow-ups never happenMost bookings come from the second or third email. Life gets busy and the follow-up slips.
An empty calendarGaps between gigs, income you can't plan around, and the same few local rooms.
No time left for musicThe hours you spend on admin are hours you don't practise, write or rehearse.
You became a musician to play. Yogig does the booking work, so you can.

25 new venues and festivals every month
Picked because they booked artists with a draw like yours, so you pitch rooms that already say yes to acts like you.
- Added to your tracker automatically
- Booking contact taken from official pages, never guessed
- Ranked A, B, C so you start with the best fits
Pitches promoters answer
Every email starts from Filippo's proven templates and names a real reason you fit that room, usually an artist they already booked.
- Tested subject lines, rotated for you
- Finds the real booker behind info@ inboxes
- Drafted in your Gmail, in your name
Follow-ups at the right time
Yogig knows when to follow up, reads every reply and adapts, so no lead goes cold and no promoter gets the wrong email.
- Stops following up the moment they reply
- Switches to the colleague they point you to
- "Ask me in spring" becomes a check-back on the right date
Read the drafts, press send, answer the promoters who reply. The chat tells you who replied and what to do today. You book the gigs.
What lands in your tracker
Rooms that already booked artists like you
The best predictor that a venue will book you is that it just booked someone like you. That's what every Yogig lead is built on: the peer artist who played there, the date, and the person who books it. You stop sending hopeful emails into the void and start pitching rooms with a reason to say yes.
It works for any genre. Yogig starts from the artists you choose, so a singer-songwriter gets listening rooms and folk festivals, a blues band gets blues clubs and roots festivals, a jazz trio gets jazz clubs and concert series.

25 new leads every monthWhy I built Yogig
1,700 gigs later, I built the booking agent I wish I'd had
I didn't start with a system. I started gigging in a supermarket to pay the bills, playing to empty rooms, walking into venues asking for a date and waiting for promoters to call. For years, they didn't.
What changed it was learning from mentors, one of them a booking agent who books over 1,500 gigs a year across the bands on his roster. I turned what I learned into a repeatable system: find the rooms that book artists like you, pitch them with a reason to say yes, and follow up until you get an answer.
It took me from empty venues to touring internationally: the Royal Albert Hall, Glastonbury, the London Jazz Festival, the Krakow Philharmonic. Other musicians asked how I was so busy, so I started teaching the system one to one. It worked for them too.
The research and the admin still took hours, so I spent a year building AI tools that do it. I use them for my own bookings. Yogig is that whole system, running for you every month, for less than a coffee a day.

A word on AI
Your music stays yours. Yogig only does the admin.
Nothing here touches your music, your art or your voice. Yogig handles the research, the drafts, the follow-ups and the tracking: the unpaid work that keeps you behind a laptop instead of on a stage. Every email goes out from you, after you've read it.
Questions
Good to know
Will promoters know an AI wrote the email?
Every draft is built from your details and names a real reason you fit that room, usually an artist they already booked. You read it, change anything that doesn't sound like you, and send it from your own Gmail. What gets spotted is generic outreach, and Yogig's emails are specific.
Does it send emails for me?
No. It drafts your pitches and follow-ups in Gmail and you press send. Your name, your voice, your reputation.
How is this different from a booking agent?
A booking agent takes 15 to 20% of every fee and only takes on artists who already sell tickets. Yogig does the research, the writing and the follow-up for a flat monthly price, for any working musician.
How much time does it take?
About 30 minutes a week to read and send your drafts and answer replies. Setting up your profile takes 10 minutes, once. The research, the writing, the follow-ups and the tracking happen without you.
I'm not technical. Can I use it?
If you can copy a Google Sheet and send an email, yes. A step-by-step setup video walks you through it.
Does it work for any genre?
Yes. Yogig starts from 2 or 3 artists with a similar draw to yours and finds where they play, so it works for jazz, folk, rock, blues, singer-songwriters, classical, world music and more, in any country where artists like you are touring. You can change your peer artists and regions any time.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time from your tracker. New leads, the outreach automation and the chat stop at the end of your paid month. Your spreadsheet stays in your Google Drive.
Your next 25 venues and festivals are waiting.
Join today and your first matched leads land in your tracker within the hour. This week, your first pitches are in your Gmail, ready to send.
First month $7, then $29 a month for the first 100 members. Cancel in two clicks.
P.S. Every month you spend on booking admin is a month you didn't spend on your music. For $7 you can hand that work to Yogig, see your first replies, and keep the founding price for as long as you stay.
